The Colonial Press interview questions

My name was passed to the company and vice versa through a previous co-worker. After one phone call, I was brought in for an interview. The "interview" consisted of a tour and an immediate job offer made on the spot. The only question asked of me was my wage expectations. I was a bit taken aback because management did not even review my credentials or resumé, but that may have been because of the contact explaining my abilities in-depth.
