L’entretien s’est déroulé dans de très bonnes conditions. Le candidat a su démontrer une excellente compréhension du poste ainsi qu’une réelle motivation à rejoindre l’entreprise. Ses réponses étaient claires, structurées et pertinentes, reflétant à la fois son expertise technique et sa capacité d’adaptation.
Son attitude professionnelle, son sens de l’écoute et sa facilité à communiquer sont des atouts majeurs. De plus, il a su mettre en avant des expériences concrètes qui illustrent parfaitement sa capacité à gérer des responsabilités similaires à celles du poste proposé.

Provide an example of delivering work in ambiguity
Plusieurs entretiens, étalés sur plusieurs semaines. Nombreux interlocuteurs rencontrés. Entretiens effectués aussi bien en français qu'en anglais. Timing entre chaque entretien est assez long. Ne pas s'attendre à une réponse immédiate.
Very thorough. They asked a lot about my previous experience and focused on my past work. It also required a background check. I think its a great company and the people there are great~!
