The interview process is relatively flexible in format, but you need to make yourself as available as possible during the times they provide for you. The interviews are typically a panel format, and the HR recruiter will be working to coordinate several leaders' calendars.
Interviewing is all behavioral based questions, and no additional testing (personality, IQ, etc), except for a standard background check & drug test after you accept your offer.
