I had a 1:1 interview on-capmus. The recruiter was very nice and seem interested in me and what I had to say. A lot of behavioral questions and general "about yourself" types of questions. The people I was interviewing with were way out of my league so I was not discouraged when I didn't get a second call.

All the behavioral questions are based on the company`s culture, they use the STAR method and the candidate needs to give real examples based on Coca-Cola`s values. I was asked one STAR question for each culture value.

The phone interview lasted 10 minutes. General questions about my studies and how i see myself in 5 years. The interview ever was really kind and helpful. I asked them at the end of the questions to tell me a little bit more about their company and they were really happy to answer all my questions
