If not offered the position, feedback is provided on noted skills, strengths and areas of opportunity. Once extended an offer, next steps and logistics will be explained. This includes background checks, drug testing, prior employment verification, etc. Offer letter stipulates contingency of successful background check and drug testing, etc.
