Applied in July, recruiter reached in September. Recruiter didn't have proper information about the focus of each round. The process is 3 rounds: first is technical round focusing on Python and SQL, second is with hiring manager and another Data Science manager focusing on different behavioral question and third with Lead of Data Science focusing on resume.

The interview process moved along quickly. Really didn't seem like they had a strongly defined process both in interviewing and data science in general. The questions were confusing as to what they were doing at the company and didn't seem like something I would want to do. They did eventually move from being highly communicative to ghosting. Not a big loss on my part.

Question 1
A lot of interest in pulling data from different sources.
I applied online. I interviewed at The Clorox Company
Interview
I was contacted by HR to schedule an initial phone screening, which I confirmed. However, the HR representative didn’t show up at the scheduled time. I waited for the entire 30 min in the Zoom and followed up via email afterward to check if there had been any technical issues or if we needed to reschedule, but I never received a response. It was disappointing and unprofessional to be ghosted before the process even began, especially after they reached out first.
