Interview was secured through a CPG exclusive recruiter, who provided significant preparation resources and direction. These materials helped me significantly in preparation for the interview. The recruiter also strongly recommend I come prepared with several line reviews (i.e. presentations) highlighting previous category management experience relevant to the position.

2. One-on-one in person interview with peer, hiring manager and division manager
3. Panel Interview
4. Background check and reference check
5. Offer of employment
Hiring manager was incredibly friendly and knowledgable, however weeks went by between contacts, including 3 weeks between the interview and hiring decision.
