Easy. Phone interview and video. Camera not used. Used star method. Interviewer laid back and personable. Only lasted about 10-15 minutes. Discussed position and requirements. Offer next day. Just be yourself!
Interviewed with a recruiter first then was scheduled for another interview with a supervisor. Heard back within a week. Interview lasted about 45 minutes each time. Basic interview questions i.e. what would uou do questions.
