Was contacted by HR to schedule telephone interview with HM. Interview was about 45 minutes. Very easy, able to build rapport because we talked about my background and the department. Only one behavioral question.

30m phone screening w HR, followed by 1 hr phone interview w/2 Compliance Mngr, then onsite interview w/dept VP, 2Mngrs, and 1 peer interview at Corp office in TN. Process took about 3-4 weeks and then up to a week for an offer.
