Interview process consisted of:
1 phone screen with HR Admin. This was a general screener to see if I met the basic qualifications for the role.
2nd interview with HR manager. This was a virtual interview for about 30 minutes to discuss further criteria and working with the team.
3rd interview with senior HR manager - virtual
4th round was a 4 hour on-site interview/work-session with lunch ordered from the restaurant. Included a tour of the facility, interviews with the facilities manager, operations manager, HR team, and GM. Before I arrived, I received an email with a personality assessment that would be reviewed during the interview process.
