I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory in Feb 2013
Interview
A current employee recommend the job to me. I applied online and used their name under the referall box. A few days later, I received a short phone call interview from a hiring manager. Then on a different date, a sit down interview with the hiring manager. Directly after the interview, the general manager asked me a couple of questions and hired me on the spot.
