Interview
I was required to apply on-line (they don't accept in person applications). If they like your work history they will give you an initial interview over the phone (They prefer to hire someone with at least a year of serving or a related sales experience.) Then if you pass that interview you will be requested to have a personal interview with the front of house manager then a second interview with the general manager.If you pass all of that then your in and go on to classroom training for five days and three days of shadowing on the floor.

2-3 interviews, a manager, senior manager and general manager. Very basic description of experience and what you can offer the company. Very comfortable and genuine experience. Best to just be upfront about your passion for the industry.

Apply online. You take a personality test online. If you pass that then you meet for an interview at the store you applied to. The process takes less than a week. Most server jobs have quick hire times.
