First I got phone screening, a call that lasted 20 minutees, with all sort of basic screening questions, strengths, weakness, availabilty, and then I got a call for a second interview which was face to face, the resume was review in depth,

Easy one, open communication, was interviewed at the time scheduled, by 2 managers, they seems interested in the process and making notes. And later on referring to those notes.
