I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Campbell's Company (Mississauga, ON)
Interview
I had two interviews after applying online. The first was with HR for screening, and the second was with (2) Brand Manager. The interviews were pretty standard, with generic situational questions. There weren't any brand or marketing-specific situational questions. However, everyone I met was nice. I didn't receive any feedback after the interviews and had to follow up later to get an update on the interview process and my status. Only to get the generic rejection email. Based on my experience, I wasn't sure if they were actively hiring for the role. One of those ongoing opportunities that no one fills. This is something to consider when applying.
Update: They reposted the job.

Interview
Pretty normal process for brand management. Nothing out of the ordinary. Usual stuff. Cross functional work. Using data to make decisions. Working with ambiguity. This is for a first round interview. Didn't make it to the next round becauseof logistics issues.

Look at their company values. All the questions laddered up to that.

Interview
Interview process was normal. Regular, typical questions. Participating people were nice, process was transparent, very normal compared to other companies. Not really anything more to say to meet the 30 word requirement for this review.
