I interviewed at The Broad Institute (Cambridge, MA)
Interview
met with manager first and then had a panel interview with staff. Questions were straightforward and everyone was friendly. The panel interview was with the director. some scientists and another research associate
Straight forward question. HR will send a video to candidate to watch before interview, it helps you to understand the company background. I sent an email to ask HR some question about the interview and the HR response question so fast.
I had three rounds of interviews total for the position that included: discussion with the recruiter, meeting with the hiring manager in person, and meeting with the lab team members in person.
