Interview
I had a brief phone interview and was asked to come in in-person. We spoke for a while with the typical interview questions and then they asked me more about myself, past my skill set. After my interview, I was contacted 3 days later and offered the position. The team was efficient, responsive and easily accessible.

Question 1
One thing that I was asked was something along the lines of "What gets you excited? What are your passions?" This is something that I don't think is asked enough. I might be very qualified for a job, but if I am not passionate or interested in what the company is doing, I might not be a valuable asset to the team.
