They talk about how unique they are when it comes to client as well as candidate experience, but it doesn’t really come through at the interview. As a candidate I found the interview not engaging, and I didn’t feel that the interviewer was interested in me - I barely managed to say anything and when I said something it felt I was interpreting (you should really give a chance for the candidate to speak). Also when there are issues with Microsoft its better to propose to reschedule the call so you can actually have a proper interview.
