There were 2 Stages of interview. One with Hiring manager (pre-screening and some behavioral questions) and 2nd round with HR Lead. The 2nd round has a lot of situational questions.

Question 1
Were you able to travel to the work location 3 days a week. Do you have personal vehicle to travel?
Two interviews, very straightforward with store managers. Basically, deciding if you would be a good fit. It feels like you are given a fair shot. Mainly it seemed to be the case where you proved yourself by showing up consistently and on-time, ready to work.
It was a casual interview because I was referred to from family and friends to the business. At least the interviewer was kind enough to give me a chance and it felt somewhat empathic due to the flow of the conversation.
