Interview
Applied online then a recruiter called a few days later to schedule an initial phone interview. The phone interview went well. The recruiter said she would be my primary contact throughout the interview process and to contact her with any questions. I emailed her to thank her and she waited she would have an idea of the next steps by end of the next week. I didn't hear anything the next week so I emailed her the following week. No response. Later I saw on LinkedIn that she had left the company (she had just started at BeachBody so I was surprised). I sent one more time to her email address hoping her replacement would receive her emails. Nothing. It seems like they have huge growth happening from what the recruiter shared, But my assessment is that it's not managed well which is why good candidates are being overlooked and falling through cracks. Too bad for them. Anyway, I gave up and found a better job.

Jr recruiter reached out to me, once I responded she introduced me to the Lead recruiter who set me up with the hiring manager.
Thought the interview went well, Then never heard back. Emailed, called nothing.. finally got a response after contacting the jr recruiter and she said the hiring manager is still interested. Mentioned to her the lead recruiter wasn't getting back to me, finally received a response . Spoke briefly upon an "update" per the role, set up time to sync up with days/times again, never received a call back from the lead recruiter both days. Emailed again wondering why I never received any call backs, never responded AGAIN!
Bad recruiting process and lack of respect for those applying.

Interview
Great and efficient process. People were all exceptionally nice and helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. Communication and feedback were very timely. Very important to know your stuff and be prepared.
