quick one interview asking about how i would handle certain emergencies, as well as why I was interested in the position. I heard back a couple weeks later with the job offer.
Very casual and informal interview that allows you to express interest in the job while also allowing the company to assess your skills as they related to the job. Overall very easy and straightforward.

Interview
I had a relatively short interview with the Aquatics manager. He was friendly, and seemed excited for me to be applying. He reviewed my skills, learned more about me as a person, and made sure that I was certified. I was hired on the spot and we scheduled time my first shift for after I was out of school for the summer.
