Multiple rounds with different employees, plus repeat rounds with the same people, and an aptitude test for review. Questions were extremely thorough and often you would be asked to repeat your responses.

Question 1
To give a detailed background on myself, beginning in college
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Baupost Group (Boston, MA) in Oct 2016
Interview
We went through my entire work history from High School through today. We actually didn't even go into depth about my current position. I had been told by my agency to expect questions about my strengths and weaknesses but was never asked. The interviewer was incredibly friendly and the interview took about 35 minutes. It was rather fast paced but not cut-throat.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Baupost Group (Boston, MA) in Jun 2014
Interview
I had a phone interview to make sure I fit the qualifications. I was called in for an interview where two peopled joined. It was rapid fire with lots of questions. The interview lasted for about an hour or so. After the interview (which felt like forever because you're under so much pressure) they asked you to take a test. The test was probably 80 questions or so about filing, some math questions, some english. It was interesting - I did not score high enough on the exam to be asked back.
