Interview process was quick but productive. The environment is a family one that promotes family togetherness but also sticks to business. I felt that I was able to express myself and my desires during the interview process.

I applied online their online website, within a day or so, the recruiter emails me to set up interview, it is a virtual interview, it goes well after discussing my experience, answering situational questions and I even complete an assessment. I get a second, in person interview with the director, I am asked more situational questions amongst being asked I bring into the table. Two weeks later, I receive a rejection after the director was allegedly going to be out on the second waiting week but he briefly returned the morning to give the offer to a candidate with foster care experience. It is what it is.
