Was invited to attend an 1-to-1 interview session with the manager of the department. There was no online psychometric assessment, and there was only 1 round of interview.

Mainly discussed about resume, things that were taught in school, the skills and knowledge that you have, etc. Projects that you’ve worked on, what’s the hardest thing about that particular skillset while working on that project. The manager also spent time to explain what the job was about.
No behavioural questions asked.

I first inquired thru their website asking if they offer any internships for students and they emailed me to forward my CV, i was asked for an interview for the next day. the process started with an IQ test in the morning then i was asked to come back in the afternoon if i passed and will have the interview as well. after the interview, you will be given a list of requirements that you need to pass and will be asked when can you start.
