I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at The Arora Group (San Diego, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
Lots of paperwork, as the job requires security clearance for Dept of Defense. Interview with contract agency only. Very knowledgeable people working within Arora, however, very little actual information about the job.

Interview
Very few questions. They review your resume and if they see RN CCM and you have a Bachelor's Degree, they will spend most of the time selling their 26 days PTO, 10 paid holidays and generous allowance for healthcare benefits. Forms, and more forms. Detailed application to work for the government because of security check needed. They will make sure everything is completed and give you an update once a month. They will say anything to get you hired because they get paid up front. They ask you to send an E-mail to them from your work E-mail address.
