I applied online, a recruiter reached to me by email and suggested a time to connect in teams At the scheduled time they didn't show up, I waited for 15 minutes and disconnected. Later I received an email that they connected, they were late for 25 minutes. We rescheduled the call, they didn't show up again. Later they apologized, their excuse was that they forgot to update their calendar (watt???) and suggested to connect right now. I had time so I agreed and jumped into the meeting. And they bailed again. So disrespectful
