The Agency interview questions

First round was a graphic design project using real company photos of properties. The second round was a nearly hour long interview. I was ghosted even after being given a timeline to hear back- I followed up and nothing. I left a negative review and of course received a quick response after the company flooded their own Google page with positive reviews.

The first round was a phone call with basic questions. The second round was a Google Meet call with the boss for the position. After that I got a written assignment where I had to write a policy and an email. They ghosted me after that. It’s extremely unprofessional that I made it so far in the process for them to not say anything to me.
