The Academy Schools interview questions

One of the recruiters and I exchanged emails on Indeed. We hit it off and I was invited to interview face-to-face. The position was advertised as a daylight role, unfortunately, when I arrived at the interview, was told it was actually 3 PM to 11 PM. Fortunately, the interview ended immediately when I said I wasn't interested in that shift. I drove 60 miles one way for the info on the shift to be wrong. I understand that mistakes happen. However, this was a substantial misuse of my time that could have been fruitful in pursuing other opportunities.

Very informal and laid back. Spoke to two employees who discussed the institution with me for about an hour each. Asked standard questions about goals and character. Lasted about 2.5 hours total, including the wrap-up with HR.
