easy process. straight forward questions. Mostly from Kubernetes , kafka, CI/CD ,etc . Managerial round is easy. HR round is mostly about your salary negotiation. Overall if there is urgent requirement process will be faster
Completely unrealistic in terms of expectations, HR and Management left me with the impression that they did not really want to hire anyone. I was left wondering why they even invited me in the first place. Applied to a job that I currently hold in a another company, which ultimately seemed to confuse them as they kept talking about the complexities of a job in Thales, even to someone that is working within the sector.

Phone interview first for communication and basic qualifications, then afterward a technical interview to evaluate problem solving and coding skills through live questioning. I heard back within a week of technical interview

- Technical (on site written test): 1 hour test on C/C++, SQL & Linux
