It was good but difficult they took two rounds and after that a third round but got rejected after the third round because it was for another profile on the same day
asked why you are best suited and what difficult situations you've been in and how you mannaged them and about what ideas and projects you've done and some maths questions
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Thales (Crawley, West Sussex, South East England, England) in Feb 2015
Interview
Online application with resume and other details, followed by a test for numerical and comprehension competency. Once that was passed, a few weeks later I was invited to an assessment centre in Basingstoke for a day. Where we took part in group activities, individual interviews with HR, there was a small presentation by the HR team, and they gave us a personality strengths test and another written test at the end. Once that was complete, I was given a final interview, for which I was asked to prepare a presentation for a project I've undertaken or a university module I've completed, or any subject worth considering. The interview process involved me presenting to someone who is actually involved in Software Engineering and hiring for that role, and not just HR. And it was followed by a small discussion and some questions related to the role and my presentation. The hiring manager also went through my resume and asked related questions.
