Interview
The usual "tell me about yourself". Personality assessment to evaluate match with the position (in this case Accounts Payable). No technical questions since it was entry level. Very brief recruitment process.

Objectives in 5 years
Good experience, not many trainning, but fair payed for the function. The security was ok, many kind of bonus, english classes, good staff. Could be better to have a plan to the carreer development internally. Many of the employees is fine doing the same thing for years. That is all I have to say.
