4 stages: Online Application Form, Online-Game based assessment, Telephone interview, Assessment Centre. The online application form is quick to fill-in. The online based game is fun and not hard at all. The telephone interview was very brief. For me personally I struggled at this stage because the interviewer had a strong accent and the signal was not good due to it being an international call. The interviewer also seemed to be impatient and annoyed at the communication difficulty.

Interview
Applied through jobseeking website. Invited to complete Assessments and Aptitude tests. Invited to initial phonecall questionnaire, asking questions about what the company does. Invited to full day long interview with two individual assessments and two team based assessments with breaks inbetween.
