I had an initial phone screen by HR then the "Hiring Manager" who had no real authority to hire, another Director of Contracts and then two executive VPs, one of whom was actually the hiring "decision maker".

the questions were standard with a couple of abstract questions,the answers to which had little value (in my opinion) whether I was worthy of the position.
