      Interview

      L’entretien s’est déroulé en deux étapes. Une première phase avec un manager et un responsable RH, axée sur mon parcours, mon expérience en agilité et mes méthodes de travail. Une seconde phase avec un cas pratique portant sur la gestion d’une équipe Scrum, la priorisation du backlog et la résolution de blocages. Les échanges étaient fluides et constructifs.
