I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Teza Technologies in Feb 2012
Interview
Interviewer started asking for different role than applied and asked many questions about specific tools, IDE and platform used for development in java technologies. Asked questions on technologies not mentioned in the resume and seemed to have his own agenda instead of gauging the logical and/ or technical skills and experience. Recruiter sent the rejection and his feedback. Ofcourse fail if you ask things not even in resume.
