I had a phone call interview for about 15 minute after submitting a preliminary survey. She asked me a few questions about my experience working in a studio environment, cooperation skills, etc similar to the survey questions.

Interview
The interview was thorough and well-considered. The questions ranged from my comfort level with techniques and my previous experience working with kids. The interview was overall a positive and friendly experience.
