Great interview but took forever to get back to me! Additionally, no constructive Feedback with regards to why I didn't get the job. Overall it was a very frustrating process.

Lasted 15 minutes, they asked 12, interview questions. They gave plenty of details about the job and what to expect. It was conducted via teams.

What was one time you made a mistake in a previous employment and how did you deal with that?
It was a video interview. The interviewer explained the job and what the agency does. There were some job specific questions and then some personality questions. Then afterwards, there was a chance for me to ask questions.
