The manager called me and scheduled an interview with him the next day at 12. The next day, I show up at 12 and no one answers the bell. I called the manager with no answer. I stayed for a half hour waiting and I still haven't received a call back the next day,
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
