Interview
Met with two managers. They went over the training process and some basic policies and asked if it was something I would be interested in. They wanted to make sure I was ok with working in smaller table sections.
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
