Interview
Sat down with general manager and service manager and answered questions in a very conversational manner. The questions were very laid back; I think they’re just trying to find someone who has a fun, outgoing personality that will fit in with the Texas Roadhouse work culture.

Question 1
If you could be any animal, what would you be? And then I was asked to make the sound that animal makes.
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
