Easy nothing really about it
just stay focused and listen to what they say. If you don't they may chop off your head so be careful. Even though you can live without a head it would be akward so be very careful please.
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
