Went in and was asked a couple of questions about myself and told them about my past and then they told me a little about the company and their beliefs and goals then went to get another guy to see if he would like to meet me but he was busy and didn't have time but he liked what she told him about me and then told her to go on and hire me. This all happened in a week, and usually it takes a couple of meetings to get a offer but this was the first meeting and was hired on the spot.
3 interviews. 3 different managers. all very nice and the questions were standard interview questions. kind of nerve racking though and I personally think 3 interviews is a bit much.

Smooth interview. They want to know your personality and the way you can handle customers and the fast paced environment. Good availability is a must have. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and I was offered the job on the spot.

Tell us about your previous experience dealing with an upset customer.
It was incredibly easy. They actually cared about the individual. They treated everyone like family and there was only one interview process. The management team was very welcoming regardless of race, gender, and sexuality.
