Interview was with Unit manager and Charge nurse of the week. A few standard questions about how I get along with other employees, what did you consider to be difficult and easy about the training. Would get a reply back from HR only, even if I were to be selected.

Very calm. Manager was very kind. Asked questions about my experience. Regular core questions. Explained company well. Very transparent about what is expected of me. Asked why I wanted to switch over to THR. Explained orientation and training periods

It was a very easy interview. The interviewer was friendly and had great feedback to my responses. My interview took place over Microsoft Teams, but I’ve heard some THR in other locations have in-person interviews.
