There is no interview process. They will not interview.
You just send your info and they check your GPA.
Then you are hired!
But it also depends on the class and subject
Fill out an application, speak to an administrator and professor, complete a training. If you meet the requirements then it is relatively easy. Make sure that you present yourself well.
