Personal interview with a significant project implementation. Prepare to be there for the whole day. I thought it was a ridiculous process as the engineer has a particular solution in mind and was not even willing to consider alternatives. I would not bother talking to this company ever again nor suggest it to anyone. Don't waste your time interviewing at this place.
