Tetra Tech Software Engineer interview questions

An interview with the lead of AI. He asked me questions about AI, why I was interested in the company, and chatted about the state of AI in general. He was friendly and open to chatting, and positive in general

Set phone interview, interviewer forgot about it and did not call so I called, interviewer did not present any excuse for forgetting about the interview, was not prepared. Instead of asking about my profile, asked if I was ready for a physical interview in the next few days, told me my availability for interviewing face to face was not early enough. What is the point of the phone interview if if is to set up a 1 on 1 right away? I've been told I will be contacted again if the position is not filled. I'm sorry but candidates are not at your disposal.
