Online assessment centre. Joined on teams with other candidates and was a process of listening to the team and followed by a task which was given prior to the day about the RIBA stages.

Question 1
It was a group task about the stages of the RIBA process. each candidate had to speak about one stage from 1-7 about a real life project that we had to come up with.
The assessment started by the companies introduction then group activities one of them was JENGA , It was fun, followed by chosing a group preject discuss and present, break time and finally interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tetra Tech (Vancouver, BC) in Apr 2022
Interview
Pretty informal. Seemed standard for the industry. Pay starts low. The teams seemed smaller than I had expected with a predominantly male presence. They did not ask many technical questions and instead focused on experience and education
