I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tetra Tech (Germantown, MD) in Jun 2019
Interview
I first interviewed with a woman. She told me about Tetra Tech and the position that I was applying for. She then asked me a couple of questions and then I was interviewed by guy. He asked me a couple questions about my resume and then we talked for a couple of minutes. They were very nice and the company seemed very nice to work for.
There were two interviews in total. It was a mixture of going through my CV and talking about my background and interests and in-depth technical questions. The whole process was very smooth and didn't have not wait long for a response
After applying on the Tetra Tech website for an open position, about two weeks after I received an email and set up an interview for the week after. I went through two interviews with two different teams.

Interview
Connected with a senior staff member through professional connections. Received a phone call from this staff member. It was not originally an interview, but I treated it as one. The phone call ended up going really well.
