Very quick process overall. I applied on the website and received a call the same day from the office to set up the interview the following week (applied on a Friday). Was told following the interview that they have to interview at lease three people before making a decision. I followed up about two weeks later and shortly after received a phone call with the offer. The interview itself was more conversational in nature as opposed to strict Q and A. Asked a lot about my resume and specific areas of expertise outlined. Also spent time discussing career goals.
