I first created a profile on their job portal. They liked my application, so I received an email with a link to an online interview (pre-recorded questions). Then I received an invitation to meet with them at their offices, where they went into more detail about my experience and why I wanted the job. The last part was an assessment, where I was given a made-up case to study for an hour. After that some people from their team joined the room to do a role play, with them being the ‘difficult client’ and me trying to resolve concerns and deal with their objections. After that I didn't receive any news, I only received an email stating that the vacancy was closed. Unfortunately I did not receive any feedback despite requesting it. If I can recommend anything to another applicant, it's not to study for the assessment about the company and its solutions, as the case presented has nothing to do with them. I didn't sleep the days before studying about their solutions and products, and the assessment had nothing to do with that.
