While I understand the goal of streamlining high applicant volumes, I found this approach impersonal and disengaging, particularly for a role that emphasizes interpersonal communication and collaboration. Tetra Pak is known for innovation and people-centric values, so it felt inconsistent that no direct interaction with HR or a recruiter was offered at this stage. At this point in the process, it's fair to expect a human conversation — both to clarify the role and to allow candidates to assess cultural fit and team dynamics. I ultimately chose not to proceed further, as I believe early dialogue and transparency are key to a meaningful hiring experience.
